Every sale a guest makes in your gallery goes into your PicsZako wallet. Here is exactly what happens to the money, from the guest's M-Pesa prompt to your phone.
1. A guest pays
The guest pays by M-Pesa or PayPal. The sale is recorded in your wallet straight away, with your 75% share shown separately from PicsZako's 25% commission.
2. Three days to clear
Each sale becomes withdrawable three days after it is paid. That window exists so that a reversed payment can't leave your balance short. Your wallet shows what has cleared, what is still cooling, and what is on its way to you.
3. Withdraw to M-Pesa
Once your cleared balance is KES 1,000 or more, request a payout to your M-Pesa number any time. There's no need to wait for a monthly cycle.
A worked example
Say you sell a photo for KES 750:
- Guest pays: KES 750
- PicsZako commission (25%): KES 188
- Yours (75%): KES 562, withdrawable three days later
A wallet you can read
Every sale, every deduction and every payout is listed in one ledger, so you can always check what you've earned from each event. There are no monthly fees, no listing fees and no storage charges taken from your balance.
